My video got flagged for 'harmful content' because of a weird sound effect

I posted a short clip about content moderation, and it got taken down in under an hour. The auto-mod said it had 'violent audio'... The 'violence' was just a 2-second clip of me smashing a keyboard key for effect. Appealing it took 3 days, and I had to send 4 separate support tickets explaining that a keyboard isn't a weapon. Has anyone else had a totally normal sound get flagged like this? What did you do?

Had the same thing happen with a blender sound effect. The auto-mod thought it was a power tool being used as a weapon. I started putting a text card at the very start of my videos that says "Sound Effects: [list what they are]". It seems to help the system figure it out before it flags you. Also, screen recording your edit timeline showing the sound file can help with appeals.

My GPS once flagged a backhoe beeping as a police siren, so these systems just guess at sounds.
