Used to think content moderation was just about taking down hate speech

I was all for stricter rules until a local history group I'm in got a post removed for discussing a 1960s zoning law that mentioned racial covenants, even though we were just talking about the history. The AI flag caught 'covenant' and mods wouldn't overturn it. Has anyone else had a legitimate discussion get wiped by an overzealous filter?

Wait the AI actually flagged the word 'covenant' just because it appeared next to 'racial'? That's insane. Honestly how is a history group supposed to talk about anything from before 1970.
