Banned facial recognition on my jobs. Crew's pissed.
Says it stops trouble. I call it spying. Tough spot.

On a warehouse job in Texas, we banned facial recognition after similar complaints. We switched to using sign-in logs and random ID checks by a human supervisor. This cut down on unauthorized entries without making the crew feel watched all the time. Your crew might calm down if they see you're trying to protect their privacy while still keeping the site safe. It took a few weeks, but eventually everyone got on board.

Seriously? Human checks miss stuff that tech catches every time.

Tech can be useful but it crosses a line. People deserve to work without being scanned like a barcode. Old school methods work fine if you do them right. My buddy's site uses key cards and a guard at the gate, no creepy cameras. The crew trusts them now. You can keep a place safe without treating everyone like a suspect.

What if the tech actually helps more than it hurts? It stops trouble fast, way better than old school methods. Dropping it seems like a step back for safety.
