Wasted $60 on a 'secure' VPN that logged everything I did

I bought this VPN called SecureSurf last month cause they bragged about zero logs, but my ISP sent me a copyright notice a week later. Did a deep dive and found their privacy policy had a hidden clause saying they kept connection logs for 30 days. I lost $60 and a lot of trust. Anyone else fallen for a VPN that promised more than it delivered?

Used to think $60 was nothing tbh but then I realized how fast those little purchases add up over a month lol. One game here, a subscription there, and suddenly I'm out $120 before I even notice. Definitely changed my mind on how I look at smaller expenses now.

$60 might not break you, but it's still real money that could go somewhere better.
