Switched from mailing physical forms to uploading PDFs straight to the portal and shaved 3 weeks off my appeal response time.
I used to wait for the mail to confirm receipt, but now I get an email confirmation within 48 hours and can follow up faster, has anyone else noticed a difference with digital submissions?

Got tired of licking envelopes and hoping my paperwork didn't get lost in the mail. Digital submissions saved me from my own clumsiness with the stamp machine. Now I just mess up the file upload instead, which is way easier to fix.

The undo button on file uploads is basically a safety net for my entire adult life (which is honestly terrifying if you think about it). At least with digital, I can catch my mistakes before hitting submit instead of wondering if the post office already lost my check. My record for re-uploading a corrected PDF is four times in one sitting, so the convenience definitely outweighs the minor tech headaches.

Agree completely, @davidkim! I think I'm on my fifth re-upload of a tax form right now because I keep forgetting to double check the file name before I hit submit. My personal best is actually seven tries for a job application PDF that kept having a weird formatting glitch on the last page. The undo button basically saves me from myself on a daily basis honestly. Digital is just so much less stressful than mailing things and hoping they show up at the right place.
