Hit 50 inmates trained in our welding cert program last month

Everyone says vocational training inside prisons is a waste because of recidivism rates, but 43 of those 50 got jobs within 60 days of release. Has anyone else seen numbers like that from a rehab program?

Those 43 out of 50 job placements in 60 days is way higher than what most programs report, usually you see half that or less. It really shows that when guys have a real skill and a cert that employers actually want, they're way less likely to go back to the old life.

Guess they forgot to tell the guys that crime doesn't pay as well as a welding cert.
