I always said those cheap WiFi cameras were junk until a buddy showed me his setup

He's been running a $25 Wyze cam in his backyard for over a year straight with zero issues, even through rain and snow. Has anyone else found a budget cam that actually holds up better than you'd expect?

Read a guy on a home security forum say his $30 Eufy cam survived a full Michigan winter and the only issue was a spider web triggering motion alerts at night.

Saw a guy on Reddit say his $20 Blink cam survived a Texas hailstorm. Only stopped working when his neighbor's kid threw a rock at it.

Used to swear you had to spend at least a hundred bucks for something that wouldn't die in a month. Then I grabbed a $30 Wyze cam on a whim for my back porch just to test it out. It's been through two brutal winters and a couple of downpours where I forgot to bring it in. Still works like the day I bought it, just gotta clear the spider webs off the lens every now and then.
