Best Tuesday I've had in months at the shop in Phoenix

Got a rush job from a local architect with 8 sheets of MEP details that were actually clean and coordinated - no redlines needed. Has anyone else had a day where everything just lines up and you feel like you're actually ahead?

Honestly, how often do you actually get MEP sheets that clean from an architect without any redlines? Was it just the architect being super thorough or did you get lucky with the project team? Ngl I'm curious if there's a specific firm in Phoenix you'd actually trust like that.

Dude, @phoenix573 I felt the same way till my buddy Tim told me about his "best Friday" where the AC in the shop died and the sprinklers went off from a leaky fitting. So yeah, unicorn days exist but they're rare as hell.
