I like what @wyatt134 said about the crew getting sharper, because that's the real win, but you need hard numbers to sell it. Did you track the hours lost to big repairs before and after you started the pause method? Showing a chart of downtime dropping by, say, 30% would shut up the loudest guy on the barge.
