Spent three days trying to clear a jammed pump on the old Erie Canal job.
We pulled the whole thing apart twice, thinking it was a rock or a piece of timber, but the issue was just a thick wad of plastic bags and fishing line wrapped around the main shaft. It took us a full shift to cut it all out and get back to work. What's the fastest way you've found to check for that kind of soft debris before it causes a full shutdown?

Man, that "wad of plastic bags and fishing line" is the worst. We had a similar mess in a sump pump last year. I started using a cheap USB inspection camera from Harbor Freight to snake down intake pipes before a full teardown. It saved us a ton of time spotting that kind of soft clog.

That Harbor Freight camera idea from @faith_shah88 is smart. I keep one in my truck now for quick checks. Saves so much hassle.
