Cleared 100 callbacks in a month and it made me rethink the whole 'fix it fast' thing
I mean, that's a lot of repeat visits, and most were for the same three issues on new units. Has anyone else seen a jump in callbacks on the latest models?

Callbacks are up across the board, but a hundred in a month points to a training or process issue, not just bad units. If the same three problems keep showing up, the install crews need better quality checks before they leave the job. Fast installs mean nothing if you have to go back every time.

Doubt it's that big of a deal honestly. A hundred callbacks sounds like a lot but spread over all the crews it's probably just a bad week. They'll fix the process and it'll go back to normal.

Kai is totally right, it's a process problem. We had the same thing happen last quarter with rushed jobs. The install teams are pushed to finish fast, but they skip the final check list. Now we're stuck going back to fix simple stuff like loose connections or bad calibrations that should have been caught on day one. Speed just costs more later when the callbacks pile up, doesn't it?
