Just saw a real mess with the hoist ropes on a job in Tacoma

I was checking out a site on 6th Avenue yesterday and the rope lay in the sheaves was completely wrong, looked like someone tried to rush the install. Has anyone run into a new crew cutting corners on wire rope dressing lately?

Ugh tell me about it. I was just trying to buy a simple toaster and the website made me create an account first. Feels like you need a login and a subscription just to breathe air these days. Everything's got some extra layer of hassle stuck on it for no good reason. Drives me up the wall.
