High frequency vs LED for acne... which one proved out for you?
I've been going back and forth on whether high frequency or LED therapy actually makes a bigger difference for clients with breakouts. A few weeks back I had a teenager come in with cystic acne and tried the high frequency after 3 sessions saw maybe 20% improvement. Switched her to the red and blue LED combo and she looked way clearer in that same timeframe. But I still know some estheticians swear by the sparker tool. Has anyone else seen better results from one over the other or is it just about what the skin responds to?

sparker tool" works like gut instincts in life, sometimes a quick blast is all you need.

I heard a podcast say gut instincts are just your brain processing stuff real fast.

Gut instincts are overrated and straight up wrong half the time. I've made some terrible snap decisions that felt "right" in the moment but turned out to be me just being scared or lazy. Like that time I passed on a good job offer because my gut said something felt off, turns out it was just cold feet and I missed out on solid pay. Quick blasts are good for sparking a fire, but they also burn down your house if you're not careful. Real life needs time, second guessing, and sometimes even a spreadsheet.
