I just waxed my 1,000th pair of eyebrows and one of them had a tiny gray hair shaped like a question mark

Hit the number today at my little studio in Riverside... the client was a regular named Mrs. Henderson. When I plucked that one weird curly hair, we both just stared at it for a second before cracking up. Has anyone else found a strangely perfect hair on a client?

Actually, waxing removes hair from the root, so you wouldn't pluck a single hair after. Maybe you meant you were tweezing? Still, a thousand pairs is a crazy milestone, congrats on that. The question mark hair sounds like a fun little trophy.

Wait, you've never had a stray hair pop up right after a wax? That's wild... I always get like one or two super short ones the wax missed, usually on my chin. I swear they grow back in an hour just to mock me.

Found a single hair shaped like a question mark? Sounds like you're reading way too much into it. It's just a bent hair. I get what @annajenkins means about strays popping up right after, but that's just how hair works. People find faces in toast and see shapes in clouds too. It's a fun story for your 1000th pair, but it's not a sign from the universe.
