Just had a client walk out halfway through a facial because their phone rang
They took a 15 minute work call while I was trying to do extractions, then said they had to leave. Ever had a session totally derailed like that?

Twenty minutes left on the timer and they just packed up and walked out. I've seen people bail on bad haircuts but bailing on a deep extraction mid-pore is a new level of dedication to being clean. Makes me wonder if someone's phone started buzzing with an emergency notification they couldn't ignore. Either way, that chair is definitely going to get rebooked with someone who has a stronger stomach for the aftermath.
