My mentor told me to stop pushing extractions on a client with rosacea
Honestly, I thought I was helping by clearing every little thing, but she insisted it would just make the inflammation worse. After I backed off for a month, her skin calmed down way more than it ever had before. Has anyone else had a client where less pressure actually gave better results?

Listen to your mentor. Sometimes the best treatment is to leave irritated skin alone. You just proved that with your client's results.

My mentor said the same thing last year. I had a client with a bad reaction and we just used a basic moisturizer for a week, cleared right up.
