TIL my client retention rate hit 92% after switching to a new consultation form
I started using a more detailed intake sheet six months ago that asks about stress levels and sleep patterns, not just skin type. Last week I ran the numbers and saw 92% of my clients from January had booked at least two more appointments. It matters because it shows they feel heard and see real results, not just a quick facial. Anyone else track something specific that changed their client loyalty?

Honestly, I always thought those extra questions were just fluff. But seeing your numbers, that's a huge difference. Makes total sense they'd come back if you actually fix the root problem.

Root problem" sounds a bit dramatic for a survey, doesn't it?

It's like fixing a leaky faucet instead of just mopping the floor every day.
