Unpopular opinion: I was wrong about the 'clean beauty' movement for years.
I just read a study from the University of Oregon that found over 60% of 'clean' labeled products still contain at least one common allergen. I found it in a dermatology journal my boss left in the break room. Has anyone else dug into the actual science behind these marketing terms?

Did you see that study too? My friend had a crazy reaction to a "clean" moisturizer last month, and her derm said it was packed with lavender oil, which she's super allergic to. Makes you wonder what they're leaving in on purpose.

Yeah that study is wild... I had to stop using all the "clean" stuff and just check the full ingredient lists myself now. @foster.jordan that's so scary about your friend's reaction, it really shows how those labels don't mean much.

Wait lavender oil is in moisturizers now? That's nuts, I thought that was just for like, bath stuff.
