My grandpa swore that walking under a ladder on a Tuesday was bad luck because of the Roman numeral II or something weird like that
He said Tuesday was ruled by Mars and ladders made a triangle shape that offended some god, but I walked under one anyway and then my truck broke down the same afternoon. Coincidence or is there some old Roman myth behind specific days and ladders? Has anyone else heard this specific Tuesday thing?

Well didn't my aunt once break her ankle on a Tuesday after she walked under a painting ladder, isn't that something?

Nah, Tuesdays are fine. Breaking an ankle's just clumsy, not cursed.

Funny you mention that @juliarodriguez, but I wonder if the real bad luck came from it being a Tuesday - my old mechanic told me Tuesdays have the worst crash stats because everyone's still in a Monday fog.
