Honestly, that's a bad sign for the workplace. Liking a tweet is just that, it's not company policy. If a boss is tracking social media that closely to scold employees, it feels like overreach. It sets a weird tone where you have to guess what's allowed. I'd be more worried about that than the original tweet.

Tbh I get where you're coming from, but it's not that simple. If an employee is liking stuff that goes against the company's public values, it can cause real problems. Lewis.mila mentioned bosses getting too comfy, but sometimes they're just trying to protect the team from drama. It's less about tracking every like and more about avoiding a mess that comes back to the office.
