My cousin in Omaha got let go for a joke about his own company's coffee, and I think it's wild they can do that.
He posted 'Our break room coffee tastes like burnt dirt, but hey, it's free' on his private Facebook, his boss saw it, and they fired him for 'damaging brand reputation' even though he didn't name the company, so has anyone else seen a firing over something that trivial?
