Showerthought: My old boss in Tampa fired a guy for a Facebook rant about the company trucks
The guy posted a 3 AM complaint about the 'piece of junk' F-150s after one broke down, and the owner saw it and let him go the next day. I always thought that was harsh, but now I run my own crew and I get why you can't have that stuff public, even if the trucks are junk. Do you think a private rant to friends should ever be a fireable offense?
