Got a call back for a job in Tampa from 3 years ago because the glue-down LVP started popping up.
The homeowner used a cheap moisture barrier and now the entire kitchen floor is buckling. Anyone else seen this happen with that thin plastic stuff?

Assume they had a good reason to skip it. Maybe the conditions were obviously dry enough to not need one. Over-testing just wastes everyone's time.

Moisture tests are cheap insurance against a call back later.
