It can help a lot for the muscle tightness that builds up from sitting. The real fix needs better habits all day, but those ten minutes do more than people think.

Yeah, the "barely makes a dent" part is spot on. I stuck with it for a solid month and my back still ached from sitting all day. It's way more about your setup than a few stretches.

Come on, is ten minutes of yoga really that serious for back pain? I've done the same thing and it barely makes a dent when work gets crazy. Back issues are usually more about how you sit all day or even your mattress. Calling it a fix seems way too simple.
