I bought a 'natural' fruit juice and a regular soda, the sugar count was the same 39 grams per serving.

Gotta push back a little here. @the_olivia brings up a good point about the label itself, but I think "natural" still has some meaning even if it doesn't mean low sugar. A naturally occurring sugar like what's in fruit juice is different from high fructose corn syrup in soda, at least in my experience. Your body processes them differently, and the fruit juice usually comes with some vitamins or antioxidants the soda doesn't have. Still, you're right that the sugar count being identical is eye-opening, and I always look at the grams now instead of trusting the front label.

Just saw this and it's the perfect example of why I don't trust labels. They slap "natural" on the bottle and charge you extra for the same sugar bomb. Makes you wonder what the word even means anymore. It's all marketing to make you feel better about the drink. Honestly, they should just call it "expensive sugar water" and be done with it.
