Just caught a 'no sugar added' juice hiding 40 grams of carbs per serving
I was at the grocery store in Springfield yesterday and saw the label... had to check the nutrition facts to see the whole picture. Has anyone else found a health claim that was technically true but still really misleading?

Ever notice how "natural flavors" can mean almost anything? I got tricked by a "protein bar" that was basically a candy bar in disguise...

Check the serving size on that juice, because that's the real trick. They make it tiny so the numbers look okay, but who drinks just half a cup? It feels like they're banking on you not doing the math.

Remember when "low fat" meant healthy? I used to grab those snacks without thinking. Then I realized they often pack in extra sugar to make up for the missing fat. It's like they fix one problem by making another. What's the most sneaky label trick you've seen lately?

Ugh, the "made with real fruit" one gets me. That usually means there's like a tiny bit of fruit juice concentrate in a sea of sugar and artificial stuff. It's just a fancy way to make junk sound wholesome.
