Xylitol's actually fine for most dogs, just not for cats.

It's crazy what they can hide in "sugar-free" stuff. A lot of those sweeteners are just as bad, or worse, for dogs. Xylitol is the big one to watch for, it's super toxic. Always gotta check the full list, not just the front label. My rule is if I wouldn't eat it myself, I don't give it to my dog. Plain yogurt is usually a much safer bet.
