Those labels can be pretty misleading sometimes.

What about the serving sizes? They'll call something low sugar, but the serving is a tiny amount nobody actually eats. That granola might say 5 grams of sugar per serving, but who eats just a quarter cup? You pour a normal bowl and suddenly you're at 20 grams. The math feels designed to trick you.

Read the nutrition info by the weight, not the serving size.
