Saw a chip bag claim "all natural" with maltodextrin in the ingredients
I was grabbing lunch at a gas station in Phoenix last Tuesday and noticed tortilla chips with a big "all natural" label on the front. Turned it over and the third ingredient was maltodextrin which is usually made from GMO corn starch. Anyone else catch labels using that trick to sound healthy? How do you tell which claims are real?

Bro same here! I started just sticking to the sealed stuff like chips or candy bars and it's been way better. The premade sandwiches and hot dogs are always a gamble I'm not willing to take anymore lol. A bag of peanuts and a Gatorade never let me down though. Learned my lesson after a gas station burrito ruined my whole afternoon once.
