Update: I used to think 'no sugar added' meant healthy until my friend pointed something out
We were at the grocery store in Austin and I grabbed a bottle of juice with that label, but my friend read the back and showed me it still had 40 grams of natural sugar per serving. That made me realize the label only tells part of the story. What other phrases on food packages do you think are the most misleading?

Saw a nutritionist on TikTok break down "made with real fruit" on cereal boxes. She showed how some brands use a tiny bit of fruit powder and then load it up with artificial flavors and colors. It's basically a legal loophole that makes you picture fresh berries when it's nothing like that. The front of the package is just marketing trying to trick your brain.

Ugh, why do they always make it so confusing?
