Got my first crypto wallet flagged for 'suspicious activity' just for talking about it online

Last week, I posted a thread on a different forum about moving some bitcoin to a new wallet I set up. Nothing crazy, just a normal thing. Three days later, I got an email from the wallet service saying my account was under review for 'suspicious activity' and my withdrawals were locked for 72 hours. The only 'activity' was me talking about using their product, which is the whole point of free speech finance, right? It felt like I was being watched just for having a public opinion on a tool. This is why we need systems that don't punish you for being open about your money moves. Has anyone else had a wallet or exchange freeze up after you mentioned it somewhere?

Big brother watching your wallet now, that's next level paranoia.

I used to think the same way until my bank flagged a $500 charge in another state. Turns out someone cloned my card at a gas pump. That alert saved me from losing my rent money. Now I see those checks as a safety net, not spying. It's the difference between feeling watched and being protected from real theft.

Honestly, that's a solid point. Max223 might call it paranoia, but I'd rather have a bank looking out for me than a thief cleaning out my account.
