Tried to discuss a new payment app on two different forums last month

One thread got locked in 20 minutes for 'unverified claims,' while the other had a 200-comment debate on merchant fees. Anyone know a good place to actually talk shop about this stuff?

Ever try the smaller tech forums? The big ones get weird fast. I had a thread nuked on a major subreddit for just mentioning a beta feature. Found a niche forum for payment systems where the mods actually work in the industry. People there get into the real weeds, like how a 2.9% fee breaks down versus a flat rate. It's way less about rules and more about how things actually work.
