Coworking space or home office what's actually cheaper long term

I spent 6 months working from a coworking space in Austin and another 6 months at home to compare costs. The coworking space cost me $250 a month plus gas, but my home office added $80 to my electric bill and I spent way more on coffee runs. But the real question is productivity - I got more done at the space but saved time commuting when home. Which setup has worked better for you freelancers out there?

That $250 space - did that include parking or was that extra?

Yeah that's a tough break, hope you can sort it out.

Does that $250 include anything like internet or access to a gym, or is it literally just four walls and a ceiling? Because around here they'll nickel and dime you on everything... parking, trash pickup, common area maintenance. @sean854 mentioned the parking thing and I'm wondering if that was hidden in the fine print or if they told you upfront. I've seen places advertise a low base rate then tack on $75 for a reserved spot, it adds up fast.
