What kind of reminders are you using, like phone alerts or a spreadsheet? And what's your move if a payment is still late after the reminder, do you have a set process for that?

The default reminder setting on most phones is 15 minutes before an event. That small nudge is now how many people get things done on time. We used to have to remember things ourselves, or write them down on paper. When a payment is late even after alerts, it feels like a system break, not just a missed task. I sometimes wonder if the reminder is for the payment or for my own busy mind. It's funny how a simple beep has reshaped getting things done.
