My smart scale's post-meal body fat numbers are a joke.
Weighed myself after a big dinner. The body fat reading was lower. Do these gadgets actually measure anything?

Right, corap21 nailed it. The readings are so random it feels like a party trick. Saw one jump 30 points before and after my morning coffee, same finger. Makes the_rowan's point about guessing seem pretty generous.
