I'm comparing Augusta Precious Metals and Lear Capital for a gold IRA. Augusta seems to have a higher minimum but better reviews. Lear has been around longer. Anyone have experience with either? Which would you choose?

I chose Augusta over Lear because of their transparent pricing and no-pressure sales. Lear was okay but I felt like they were pushing certain coins. Augusta's educators are salaried, so they aren't trying to upsell you. The $50k minimum is high, but I think it's worth it for the quality.

I've heard mixed things about Lear. Augusta has a stellar reputation and an A+ BBB rating. I'd go with Augusta if you can afford the minimum. Their lifetime support is a big plus.
