Yeah, I saw a whole thing online about this becoming a regular thing, not just for birthdays or holidays anymore. It makes sense, because if a kid sits still for a fancy design, why not show it off all week? My local barber said he's doing way more fades with simple lines or shapes for tweens. It's definitely a shift from when a basic trim was the only option for school.

Kids are all in! Have you seen the crazy designs popping up? My friend's kid got a fade with a sharp line that looked like a skateboard ramp. Barbers are doing simple shapes like stars or even tiny animals. It's wild how this turned from a birthday treat to a weekly thing. Kids must feel so cool walking into class with fresh art on their head. It sure beats the old buzz cut days!

Barbers are basically part-time tattoo artists now!

Honestly seems like a fast track to getting bullied. Not every school is cool with a kid showing up with a tiger on his head. This trend just puts more pressure on parents and kids to keep up.
