I once scoffed at short workouts, but now they're my secret weapon
Always thought hour-long sessions were mandatory for results, yet compressing effort into twenty-minute bursts has skyrocketed my energy. The mental ease of knowing it's quick removes all procrastination.

Seriously, twenty minutes eliminating procrastination sounds like a fantasy.

The Pomodoro technique changed my mind on that. I used to think breaking work into 25-minute chunks was pointless, but forcing myself to just start for one timer session built crazy momentum. Now I knock out tasks I'd put off for weeks, and it only takes that first focused burst. Seriously a game changer, lol.

Setting a five-minute timer to just start often snowballs into longer focus, lol.

Once you get that first burst of momentum, it naturally carries over to tasks you'd normally put off.
