Showerthought: My neighbor's impromptu driveway calisthenics in a bee suit
During my morning routine, I saw Mrs. Jenkins from next door doing high-knees in her driveway, fully suited up in beekeeping attire. She shouted over that she was multitasking fitness and pest control, which cracked me up. I decided to try my own weighted vest workout today, imagining it as a lighter version of her gear. It's amusing how local quirks can spice up a home exercise plan.

Read about a guy who trained in a wetsuit for extra resistance last summer. He claimed the added heat and weight dramatically improved his endurance. Mrs. Jenkins' bee suit routine totally reminds me of that mindset!
