My HRT dose felt off for 3 weeks and I just ignored it

Started feeling jittery and irritable around mid-October but figured it was just stress from night shifts until I checked my patch placement and realized it was peeling off halfway. Anyone else have their hormones go sideways because of a simple application mistake?

Oh man that sucks! I've had similar issues with patches not sticking right and it really messes with your head. Three weeks is a long time to feel off, hope you're leveling out now.

Three weeks of feeling jittery and blaming it on night shifts? Sounds like your body was trying to send you a very loud message and you put it on hold. It's funny how we blame the most obvious thing like work stress before we check the simple stuff like tape peeling off. Hope the new patch is sticking better and your hormones are starting to behave themselves again.

Ngl that's wild that you just powered through three weeks of that. Honestly I would have been freaking out way sooner, like day one of feeling jittery I'd be checking everything. Tbh your patience is honestly impressive but also kinda scary.
