Switched from store-brand ketchup to Heinz for my fries and noticed the difference in about 5 seconds flat
My buddy swore I was wasting money but after one dip I could taste the extra vinegar and sweetness, has anyone else done a blind taste test and been surprised by the results?

Nail down what you're actually tasting though - was it the texture or the flavor that hit you first? I've done that test with generic vs name brand mayo and the texture difference was way bigger than I expected. Like the cheap stuff had this weird watery consistency that hit my tongue before I even got to the actual taste. Did the Heinz actually coat your fries differently or was it straight up the vinegar punch that sold you?

Used to think all ketchup was the same, but that Heinz coating on fries really changed my mind.
