Three days of sunny weather last month fixed my mood way better than any vacation I've taken in years
I was at the hardware store buying mulch and realized I hadn't thought about work drama once since Tuesday morning because I was too busy actually enjoying being outside for a change, anyone else notice a string of good days just resets your whole brain?

yeah it's wild how something that simple can just hit a reset button on everything going on in your head. i've been noticing this thing where the more time i spend outside the less i care about the stuff that normally stresses me out. it's like when i'm stuck inside all day my brain just loops on the same dumb problems over and over but once i get some sun and fresh air it breaks that cycle completely. maybe it's the vitamin D or just the change of scenery but there's definitely something to it. it makes me wonder how much of our daily stress is just from being cooped up in the same four walls all the time.

My neighbor swears those three sunny days we had just made her allergies ten times worse and she ended up more miserable than before. Weather just doesn't do that much for me, maybe if you're already in a bad place a little sunshine isn't gonna fix the real problems.
