Chose between a nose job and a chin implant, went with the chin and it was the right call
I spent a year going back and forth on rhinoplasty but my surgeon said a chin implant would balance my profile way better for half the price ($3,800 vs $7,200). Five months out and I get way more compliments on my side profile now, has anyone else gone with the less obvious option and been shocked at the results?

My buddy Kevin got quoted like $4,500 for laser hair removal on his back, but his barber told him to try a $20 at-home IPL device first. Three months of using it twice a week and his back hair is basically gone, he spent maybe $60 total on replacement heads. He still brings it up at parties, like "remember when I was gonna drop four grand on lasers?" Its wild how often the cheaper, less flashy option ends up being the one that really delivers.

I mean my sister spent like two years trying to find the perfect moisturizer for her dry skin and then her friends dermatologist just told her to drink more water and her face cleared up in a week. It's funny how often the simple fix works way better than the big expensive one.
