$12k in and still not happy that's brutal, I'm really sorry you're dealing with that. At this point maybe a second opinion from a surgeon who specializes in revisions could help before you spend any more money.
Have you looked into what makes a surgeon actually qualified for revisions specifically? It's not just any plastic surgeon, they need to be real good at fixing other people's mistakes. I'd ask to see a ton of before and afters of noses that went wrong the first time. And check their malpractice history too, you don't want another bad result.
Yeah checking their history on revisions is huge... I know someone who went to a guy that talked a big game but had way more complications than he let on. Look up their license board too, see if anything got reported.
