Consider how that question shows they're already picturing your work in their daily life. Honestly, it means they liked it enough to imagine using it, which is a good sign. Tbh the hard part is just switching from artist mode to customer service on the spot.

Sometimes people make a big deal out of stuff that's just kinda annoying. What actually went down in your case, because context changes everything. Mine turned out to be a simple fix once I looked at it calmly. You sure it's as bad as it seems?
