She sent me a blurry photo from her phone but it's just a dark shape near the shoulder. Anyone know if there's a way to check trail cam footage from highway overpasses in that area?

Wait, don't trail cameras on highway overpasses mostly belong to ODOT and they don't usually share that footage with the public? I'd think you'd have to file some kind of open records request or something.

ODOT's wildlife cameras are usually tied to specific studies and aren't public access. File a simple public records request with their main office, but expect a few weeks wait and maybe a fee for the search time.
