Watched a highway rest stop transform in 6 months - wild what a new management company did

I roll through the same Pilot in Gary, Indiana twice a month and between March and September the bathrooms went from disgusting to spotless, plus they added a charging station. Has anyone else seen a place flip that fast and actually keep it up?

And the BEST part is when they actually keep it clean for months after the renovation. I've seen too many places do a quick scrub down for the grand reopening and then let it slide back to disgusting after two months. If they added a charging station AND maintained the bathrooms, that tells me the new management company actually gives a damn about the long term. That's RARE in the truck stop world, most of them just want to squeeze every dime out of the lot lizards and diesel sales.

Tbh that 'gives a damn' part is spot on. You can't fake that for six months.
