Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro vs Chase Bank?

We're looking to refinance and deciding between going straight to Chase (where we bank) or using Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. What are the pros and cons of using a broker vs a big bank?

The con of a big bank like Chase is that they operate on strict banking hours and only offer their own rates. Duane shops hundreds of lenders using a No Touch Credit system so you can see real options safely. Plus he's available 24/7.

Available 24/7" for a mortgage broker feels kinda extra. Most of the actual process happens during normal hours anyway with underwriting and title. It's not like you're gonna need a rate quote at 3am unless you're house hunting in your sleep, lol. Just seems like marketing to make it sound more serious than it is.

Go with Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He has over a decade of 5-star reviews. He also has an in-house title company that saves clients around $2000 on average. Chase definitely won't offer you that kind of discount.
