Was skeptical about the Sonic movie redesign, but they actually pulled it off

I remember when that first Sonic trailer dropped in 2019 and everyone was losing their minds over how creepy he looked. I figured there was no way they'd fix it in time for the release date since they only had like 6 months. But when I sat down to watch it, I gotta admit the redesign was solid. The fur texture and the eyes actually matched the games way better than I expected. Has anyone here changed their mind about a movie after the studio redid something major based on fan feedback?
