My smart speaker recording my kid's tantrum and sending it to my wife was oddly helpful
My wife always told me those smart speakers listen too much but I shrugged it off, then last week ours caught my 4 year old screaming about a lost toy and emailed her a recording while I was at work. She came home with the exact replacement and we avoided a meltdown. Anyone else have a smart home device accidentally do something good for once?

Wait, did your friend ever tell you about the time their GPS rerouted them into a closed construction site? Mine did, and it was this total disaster - they had to back up half a mile on a dirt road in the dark. So yeah, it's honestly wild when tech actually works out instead of making things worse.
